In a magical setting, more than 400 exhibits from a wide variety of domains portray the evolution over the last three hundred years of optics in astronomy, nautical instruments, topography, microscopy, measuring instrumentation, laser and holography.
In over 300m², each visitor can discover numerous instruments along a trail with audio guides and videos.
Interactive activities for school children allow a playful approach to the five topics: man and the measurement of time, the moon satellite of the earth, discovering the infinitely small, the fascinating world of optical illusion and a journey to the heart of light.
